Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on every order, anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Islands.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. During busy periods, delivery may occasionally take a little longer, but we will always keep you informed if there are any delays.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Islands. We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you are based outside the UK and would like to discuss supply options, please get in touch through our contact page.

How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Every order ships free, regardless of size or value.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered via a tracked courier service. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Larger or bulk orders

If you are ordering in larger quantities or need a pallet delivery, we can arrange that for you. Delivery timescales for bulk orders may vary depending on the size and destination, so please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will put together the best delivery arrangement for your operation.

Something not right with your delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not turn up at all, please let us know as soon as possible. You can reach us through our contact page and we will get it sorted.
