Magnesol removes both solid and dissolved impurities that build up during the frying process,  slowing down the build-up of total polar materials and reducing the rate at which  off flavours, unpleasant odours, contaminate fried products.

Daily filtration using filter papers/envelopes removes solid impurities and carbon deposits which build up during the frying process whilst 3M test strips ensures you discard your oil only when it is absolutely necessary rather than prematurely or too late and risk compromising your costs and quality.
